Based on the structure, the appropriate SPE is starta-X and HPLC column is Luna Phenyl-hexyl For strata-X, use the generic method. This compound is not really soluble in water or dilute acids, so dilute plasma with neutral or alkaline buffer before loading onto SPE. Wash with neutral buffer, dry under vacuum, then elute with methanol. For HPLC on Luna Phenyl-hexyl, I would recommend a neutral pH buffer and methanol. Compound is fairly hydrophobic, so I would start with 50/50 buffer:methanol and adjust as needed.
