full-length oligonucleotide sequence를 정제를 위해 제작되었습니다

Two formats : single purification cartridge & multi-plex high throughput format

The purification protocol for synthetic oligonucleotides employing Clarity Triophilic cartridges was primarily designed for oligos carrying a dimethoxytrityl (DMT) protective group at the 5'-end of the sequence. The purification principle involves the matching of the properties of the 5'-DMT-substituted oligo with those of the custom designed Triophilic sorbent and solvent system in such a way that the retention of the oligonucleotide is significantly enhanced while the retention of failure sequences and other impurities on the sorbent is minimized at the same time. After (DMT) cleavage on-column, sorbent and elution conditions are again matched for near quantitative elution of the desired oligonucleotide
